This is my quick-fix lunch, healthy and delicious!
I am not so much of a cook, well, let's face it, I really don't like to bother myself with cooking so when I am traveling for long periods, if I am not eating outside, I like to fix myself a quick lunch which is not only healthy but also tastes good!
The days I am bored with avocados on toast or just yogurt and muesli, I stir fry veggies in a little olive oil and add a little balsamic vinegar with herbs like parsley and salt and pepper, and I am good to go!
Eggs always make a great side-dish! Yummy!!
Salads for lunch are a must!
Ofcourse for me, there is no lunch that does not end without coffee and internet browsing on my phone! :)
