The perfect Cappuccino in 3 simple steps!

Hi guys! I was just telling a friend how to make a nice cup of cappuccino at home and thought it would be a wonderful post to share for all you coffee lovers out there and also for those who haven't got addicted to it quite yet! So here it is in three fun steps!

1. Froth the milk with an egg beater. Please keep in mind that something like almond milk may not froth.

2. Pour hot milk in the cup and top it with milk-froth using a spoon. Depending on how strong you want the coffee to be, you may just want to fill the cup with froth and no milk. :)

P.S. If you want an Espresso Macchiato instead, add a little less foam or milk froth and maybe no milk. :)

3. Pour coffee prepared in the Moka Express (as they say in Italy) into the cup.  The best Moka Express for me is the one made in stainless steel from the Italian company Bialetti. There are many choices available on amazon.com. I find the taste from the steel espresso maker much better than the aluminum one-I have both and use the aluminum one as standby.

Your coffee is ready and it tastes delicious sprinkled with a little cinnamon powder (if you are a cinnamon fan). :)
