Love Actually is the love story of eight different couples filmed during the Christmas season
and their tryst with love.
The film begins with a voiceover from David (Hugh Grant) commenting that whenever he gets gloomy with the state of the world he thinks about the arrivals terminal at Heathrow Airport, as friends and family welcome their arriving loved ones; for David this means that love still exists in the world. By the way, David plays the Prime Minister of Britain in this movie who falls in love with Natalie (Martine McCutcheon) a new junior member of the household staff at 10 Downing Street where David lives.
Personally, I loved the movie and will watch it again. It was beautifully directed and left me feeling good and happy! The film was shot mostly in London and was a huge box office success.
