Easy returns at Nordstrom
As a lot of my #shopping is online, I prefer to order from those brands that offer easy returns and a great customer service. The shift is gradual and subtle born of a feeling of security and trust creating a great relationship between me and the brand for years to come.
Last year in a moment of great emotional excitement, I ordered 7 pairs of shoes from Nordstrom online of which I returned 5 pairs! I brought them to the store feeling a little guilty of my return but Nordstrom was very understanding! The whole process was effortless and took less than a minute. All I had to do was sign on their computer screen and didn't even need to show the credit card with which I had placed the order! They just took everything back happily and with a big smile-I know I'll be shopping with them again and again!
P.S.: I totally dislike having to show the same credit card I ordered with while returning an item-sometimes I may not carry the same card or maybe my card has been upgraded and then I am stuck with merchandise credit to buy things I don't really want!
